Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekend or public holidays.

We deliver to customers in the UK and NI. There is no additional cost for shipping to NI or the Highlands and Islands. We don’t ship outside of the UK or NI.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? If you’ve received your order and changed your mind for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. You’ll need to cover the return postage, and — provided the crisps come back in a resaleable condition (unopened and undamaged) — we’ll refund your order value. If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, just contact us and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If something isn’t right with your order — if your crisps arrive damaged, or not quite right — we want to put it right straight away. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, best before date and a photo of the problem.

Damaged in transit? Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement quickly and raise it with our courier.

Refunds — any refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reach your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

None of the above affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
